Scope
This policy covers Rou’s Primary Calendar Sync, a personal-use Google Calendar–to–Notion integration. It does not describe other services offered through this website.

Information accessed
With the account owner’s authorization, the integration reads events from the configured primary Google Calendar. Information processed may include event titles, start and end dates and times, time zones, locations, event status, conferencing links, Google Calendar links, event identifiers, recurrence identifiers, and modification timestamps.

Purpose and use
This information is used to maintain a schedule in Notion and support manual project organization. Google Calendar access is read-only. The integration does not change Google Calendar events or automatically record meetings.

Storage and processing
The integration runs on Notion Workers. Google authorization is handled through the Worker’s OAuth connection. Copied event details are stored in a Notion database, and event information is also retained in synchronization checkpoints to support updates and cancellations. Access to the Notion database is governed by its sharing settings.

Sharing
The integration transfers calendar information from Google to Notion to provide the requested synchronization. It does not sell calendar information or use it for advertising. The operator controls any additional sharing of the resulting Notion pages.

Retention and deletion
Copied event pages remain in Notion until manually deleted. Canceled events are marked rather than automatically deleted, preserving associated notes and manually assigned project labels. Disconnecting Google access stops future access but does not automatically delete information already copied into Notion.

Revoking access
The account owner can revoke the integration’s access through their Google Account’s third-party connections settings. Stored Notion pages can be deleted separately. The Worker can also be paused or removed to stop synchronization.

Google API data use
The integration’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
