Terms of Service — Rou’s Primary Calendar Sync

Purpose and operator

Rou’s Primary Calendar Sync is operated by Rou Cooper of Clever Squirrel Creative for personal scheduling and project organization. It is not offered as a public subscription or commercial software service.

Functionality

The integration reads events from the authorized primary Google Calendar and copies event information into Notion. Google Calendar access is read-only. Event changes should be made in Google Calendar; project labels and notes are managed separately in Notion.

Authorization and access

Use requires authorization from the Google account owner and appropriate access to the destination Notion workspace. The operator is responsible for controlling access to copied calendar information and any associated notes.

Availability and accuracy

The integration is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, complete synchronization, or error-free results. Updates may be delayed or interrupted by authorization changes, service outages, or technical limitations.

Google Calendar should remain the authoritative source for event details. Important appointments should be checked there rather than relying solely on the Notion copy.

Disconnection and retained information

Google access may be revoked through the account owner’s Google Account settings. The integration may also be paused or removed. Disconnecting does not automatically delete information already copied into Notion; that information must be deleted separately.

Third-party services

The integration depends on Google and Notion. Use of those services remains subject to their respective terms and policies. This integration is not an official Google or Notion product.

Information handling is described in the Calendar Sync Privacy Policy.

Changes and contact

The operator may update or discontinue this personal-use integration and update these terms as its functionality changes.
